amenbo 0.1.3 — one installer, and update notices
The GUI and CLI now ship in a single installer. amenbo tells you when a new version is out, and makes reservation conflicts on the same task clear.
This release reworks how amenbo is installed and updated. Getting it is now a single download, and updates are easier to notice.
What changed
- One installer — the GUI and CLI now ship together in a single per-OS installer. Install one file and you get both the app and the command. Homebrew / Scoop / Cask are no longer used.
- Update notices — when a new version is published, the CLI and the app’s banner flag that an update is available. You can toggle this check on or off in settings.
- Updating is just re-installing — when an update is flagged, open the latest installer and re-run it. The app and CLI update together.
- Reservation conflicts are visible — when two sessions (AI included) try to start the same task at once, the one that loses is told clearly (a message in the CLI, a toast in the app). No double-starts, nothing dropped.
- Small fixes — back/forward with the detail pane open, and the failure notice when a project reorder doesn’t take.
Getting it
Open the installer for your OS from the latest release. The GUI and CLI come together.
